at Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.WebAdminPageBase.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive()
at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

Possible solution

Check your alternate access mappings and make sure they match up to the web application address bindings in IIS.
