How to check which version of Windows are you running

If you are not sure whether you are running a 32 bit or a 64 bit Windows, you can check that with the msinfo32.exe tool. Go to Start > Run and write msinfo32.exe and hit Enter.

Look at the System Type parameter. You will see x64-based PC if the system is running 64-bit Windows.
